how Concreeto rolls out their good name in the port

"No words, just jobs." That is the motto of Concreeto, a no-nonsense employment agency with Rotterdam roots. They are the matchmaker for talent in technology, shipbuilding, cleaning, and logistics. Where the work is, there is Concreeto.

The Challenge: Being visible in action
Concreeto wanted to be visible in the places where the real work happens: in the ports, on industrial sites, and on the road. That is indeed the natural habitat of their target audience (forklift drivers, logistics staff, technicians). Additionally, Concreeto sought a unique way to celebrate their 12.5-year anniversary. They wanted to tackle this copper anniversary grandly and literally and figuratively 'blow up' the brand to proportions that no one could ignore.

The Solution: Four trucks full of praise
Together with Trayler, 4 trucks were sent out on the road, strategically deployed in regions where loading and unloading is a daily occurrence. But Concreeto went beyond just branding. The trucks played an active role in the anniversary campaign. Through a video, it seemed as if the truck personally visited all relationships to deliver anniversary puzzles. Extra special: After the campaign, the truck tarps received a second life. In light of circularity, the old tarps were recycled into sturdy bags for all employees.

The Result: Strong concrete visibility
The collaboration yielded impressive results:

  • Targeted impact: The trucks drive exactly where the target audience works (ports and industry).

  • Creative activation: The trucks were successfully used as a tool for relationship management during the anniversary.

  • Sustainability: By making bags from the tarps, Concreeto completed the circle, and no material was wasted.
